Travelling Information
Fukuoka airport has direct flight from east Asia, and connected to other areas via Tokyo (Narita or Haneda airport). The access of Fukuoka airport to the city is convenient by subway.
The conference venue is Centennial Hall, Kyushu University School of Medicine. A wide range of hotels in Hakata or Tenjin will provide accommodation to suit every pocket.

On-site registration will not be available at this meeting.
All registrations must be completed by 31 May through the "Online Registration" system.

ONSITE CHILDCARE
ICYRAM2022 is pleased to provide onsite childcare during the conference. The service is designed for children ages 6 months through 12 years old. Childcare hours are offered for a minimum of 2-hour/day. Meals/drinks must be supplied by parents. The application will be closed on July 1st. We will stop accepting applications once all the places are taken.

VISA INQUIRY
VISA application documents and processing time vary depending on the applicant's nationality. Applicants should prepare the necessary documents and apply at the nearest embassy or consulate general.

New Border Measures from June 1, 2022
Requirements regarding on-arrival testing, potential self-quarantine periods and the place of accommodation after entry into Japan depend on the country/region of stay before arrival in Japan, “Red”, “Yellow” and “Blue” categories.
It is expected that most of the participants in IUMRS-ICYRAM2022 will belong to the "Blue" group.
Inspection upon arrival and quarantine measures at home are not required for this "Blue" group, regardless of the vaccination status of the entrant/returnee.
