On-site registration will not be available at this meeting.
All registrations must be made through the "Online Registration" system.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If the organizing committee decides to cancel the conference due to a natural disaster (e.g., huge typhoon, major earthquake, flooding of rivers due to torrential rain, etc.), you will receive an official announcement certificate. However, no refunds will be made in this case; please refer to the “COVID-19 Cancellation Regulations” for details on the conference cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
In light of the continuing uncertainty regarding face-to-face meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic, all meeting attendees are able to participate in online oral and poster sessions if they cannot travel to Fukuoka.
The registration fee once paid will not be refunded for cancellations from the participants. Even if a state of emergency will be issued in Fukuoka and it becomes impossible to hold a real event, we will hold the program online.
Banquet will not be held in this meeting.
