GUIDE TO PRESENTATION
GENERAL GUIDELINE
  • Only one oral or one poster presentation is allowed per one registration.

ORAL PRESENTATION
GUIDELINE (TENTATIVE)
  • English in the official language of this conference.

  • Presentation is made on the screen projected through PC.

  • Presenters are requested to use conference’s PCs. Therefore, please transfer to your presentation file to conference PC using USB memory device before your presentation.

  • Time of presentation is as follows:

    • Plenary: 60 min

    • Invited talk: 30 min

    • Oral: 15 min

POSTER PRESENTATION
GUIDELINE (TENTATIVE)
  • English in the official language of this conference.

  • Only one of the abstract authors can display its poster at the online space.​​​

  • Please strictly follow the timetable of poster mounting. Question and answer for your poster presentation should be included within your given time of display.​​

  • The deadline to upload your poster files (Only PDF files, Maximum size:10MB) will be 27 July.

  • The upload is available from the poster presenter's MyPage. The posters uploaded will allow all participants to view the posters from MyPage during the conference.

  • Please display the poster in the designated online space by yourself.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Please only use the provided abstract template for your submission.

  • Abstract can be submitted either for oral or poster presentation. Please check the corresponding box in the verify abstract submission page. Please note that, after being reviewed, the abstract submitted for oral presentation may be re-assigned as a poster presentation due to the limited availability of the time slot.

  • Abstract must only be submitted on-line via the conference website.

    • Abstract submission open: 14 January 2022 (JST)

    • Abstract submission deadline: 14 March 28 March 11 April 2022 (JST)

    • Notification of acceptance: 11 April 18 April 25 April 2022 (JST)

  • Accepted abstracts will be available on “Book of Abstracts” (available only on electric file in pdf format).

ABSTRACT PREPARATION GUIDELINE
  • Download the abstract template (The word file below). 

  • Fill in the blanks for title, authors, affiliation and content for your abstract.

  • Abstract must be written in English.

  • Abstract can include photographs/graphs/diagrams.

  • The maximum length of the abstract is within 2 pages.
